Welcome to ChangeWave ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our Campaign Management System, web application, tools, and social impact features.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must complete registration by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, email address, date of birth, gender, occupation category, and a valid Indian mobile phone number (+91).
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. Users are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of all information and media submitted to the Platform.
7. Campaign & Event Creation
Users designated as Campaign Managers may initiate social, educational, and environmental campaigns. All campaign activities must comply with platform guidelines and community safety standards.
8. Accuracy of Information
We strive to display accurate campaign analytics, leaderboards, and user progress metrics; however, we do not warrant that all content on the Platform is error-free, complete, or updated in real-time.
9. Prohibited Content and Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting content that is hateful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringing upon third-party rights. Automated scraping or interference with platform systems is prohibited.
10. Fraud, Spam, and Misuse
Any attempt to manipulate impact metrics, post fake campaign statistics, launch fraudulent fundraising efforts, or spam other members will result in immediate termination of account access.
11. Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to review, flag, modify, or remove any user-generated content or campaigns that violate these Terms or community guidelines.
12. Manager & Admin Review
Campaign creations, public post submissions, and survey publishings may be subject to prior review and verification by platform administrators or appointed campaign managers.
13. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you publish on ChangeWave. By posting content, you grant ChangeWave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
14. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, UI designs, logos, graphics, and underlying code are the intellectual property of ChangeWave and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
15. Privacy & Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us. Collection and usage of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
16. Notifications & Communications
By registering, you consent to receive essential transactional, security, and administrative notifications. Optional promotional email updates may be toggled in your profile settings.
17. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or platform operations.
18. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for scheduled maintenance, updates, or events beyond reasonable control.
19. Limitation of Liability
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect user information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChangeWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
20. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
